12 November 2011: Alderminster villagers donate £461 to Ettington CFR Scheme



Alderminster villagers have made a donation of £461 to Ettington CFR Scheme.  The donation was arranged and coordinated by Mr. Mike Moody of Alderminster Parish Council.
Paul Mulligan, Chair of ECFRS, said; “We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all involved.  This money will make a huge difference to our operation and will be directed into the acquisition of a dedicated responder vehicle that will both improve our response times as well as raise our profile in the community”.

Two of the nine Community First Responders live in Alderminster.  Since Ettington CFR Scheme was formed, the team has attended 19 callouts in Alderminster – all arising from 999 calls made to West Midlands Ambulance Service.
