Ettington was recently entered into a competition run by Warwickshire Rural Community Council (http://www.ruralwarwickshire.org.uk/). The village entered three of its community initiatives into the Community Projects Category. One of these initiatives was the Community First Responder Scheme. The entry for this element was written by one of our team members, Paul Mulligan.

A group of residents from Ettington who wrote and submitted the village's entry, led by Sian Mulligan, attended an awards ceremony at County Hall in Warwick last night. At the ceremony, the team were delighted to learn that Ettington had won a Gold Award.

The CFR team is delighted to have been part of the village's entry into this competition.
